Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a diverse and high-quality menu that meets the needs and preferences of our customers
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and prep staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
  • Monitor and manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Create and manage budgets to achieve financial goals
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience

SALARY - 42000.00 - 50000.00 P.M.

Experience - Minimum 12 years experience and 5 years experience as executive chef.
